We want you to love your Lo-Fi Merchandise, but if the vibe isn't right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all original tags and inserts are included.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
